July 8-9 “Eastern Red Cedar: From Peril to Profit” Conference to Highlight New Uses for Eastern Red Cedar Trees This 2 day conference is to be held at the Moore-Norman Technology Center on South Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City. July 9, 2008- No Till Field Day and Lunch is Set for Grant County. The tour will begin at Rodney and Pat Hern’s farm west of Wakita. Four sites will be visited during the morning session.  The sites will include conventional and no-till systems involving wheat, corn, milo, and sesame production.
