Tracy Jennings Joins Allflex and SCR as Animal Research Specialist to Lead Multi-Species ID Project

Tracy Jennings Joins Allflex and SCR as Animal Research Specialist to Lead Multi-Species ID Project Allflex USA, part of the Allflex Group, global leader in animal identification and traceability systems, and SCR by Allflex, today announced that Tracy Jennings has joined their team as an Animal Research Specialist.



In his new role, Tracy, based in Amarillo, Texas, will oversee research-based projects for Allflex and SCR in North America.



"We are excited for Tracy to join our team and look forward to tapping into his practical and research expertise", says Brandt Kruescher, Dairy Segment Manager for Allflex USA and SCR Dairy. "There are a number of all-species projects driven by the blending of animal proficiency needs for the animal species and livestock industries we serve-and Tracy will be instrumental in developing and managing science-based research for both companies."



Prior to joining Allflex and SCR Dairy, Tracy served as an associate research scientist with Texas A&M AgriLife Research in Amarillo, Texas, and is the founder and chief executive officer of High Plains Research and Consulting. He has co-authored a number of peer-reviewed journal articles, as well as industry and stakeholder reports, while honing his research and evaluation skills.



In addition, Tracy is well-versed in animal handling and management for a number of livestock species, and highly experienced in a wide range of laboratory analyses.



Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Agriculture, Agriculture Education from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science degree in Natural and Applied Science, Animal Science from Missouri State University and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Animal Science, Meat Science from South Dakota State University.
