Tara Burchfield and Dossanna Miller of Fairview Win Tournament of Champions at AFR State Speech Contest

Tara Burchfield and Dossanna Miller of Fairview Win Tournament of Champions at AFR State Speech Contest The American Farmers & Ranchers held their 64th Annual State Speech Finals on Saturday December 6th in Stillwater on the campus of Oklahoma State University. The district winners of more than 300 young people who competed around the state were involved in the competition on Saturday morning- including several young people who were in what is called their Tournament of Champions. These young people had won a state title in the contest last year but came back to compete in an extemporaneous event. Two winners were named- both from Fairview- as Dossanna Miller won the junior division and Tara Burchfield won the Senior Tournament of Champions.
