Beef Quality Assurance Training Kicks Off at 2008 OCA Convention

At the 2008 Oklahoma Cattleman's Association Convention and Trade Show in Midwest City, the OSU/OCA Cattlemen's College on Friday afternoon featured the brand new Beef Quality Assurance training that is being debuted across the state in a series of regional meetings the next two months.
We talked to two of the key players that have led the development of this revised BQA effort for Oklahoma- the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Beef Council, Heather Buckmaster and OSU Animal Science Professor Dr. Dave Lalman.
