Both Low Choice as well as Prime Beef Cuts from the US Can Find a Home in Today's China

What beef cuts will work for the Chinese Market? And how do we get this market fully open, a market that has so much potential for US and Oklahoma beef producers? We talk about these issues on today's Beef Buzz with Dr. Brad Morgan of Oklahoma State University.
