Talking All Things FFA with National FFA Officer Alex Henry of Michigan

We had the opportunity to sit down with the Eastern Region National Vice President of the National FFA organization, Alex Henry from the state of Michigan. Henry is in Oklahoma for the 2010 Oklahoma FFA State Convention, and will be speaking at the Wednesday morning General Session, as well as leading one of the Leadership Seminars later in the day.

Henry is a student at Michigan State University, with a double major in Ag Communications and Ag Education. She hopes to resume her studies after her year as a National FFA officer.

In our Ag Perspectives Podcast, we talked about her year thus far as a national officer, her climb to the top of the FFA ladder as well as where she thinks FFA might be in 25 years or so. We also talk about the world of Social Media and how that has impacted the National FFA officer experience.

Click on the Listen Bar below to hear our conversation with this extremely bright and most impressive young lady, traveling the world representing FFA.
