Market Lamb Breed Champions Selected at the 2013 Oklahoma Youth Expo


Wednesday was the first day for the competition for Market Lambs at the 2013 Oklahoma Youth Expo. Seven breed champions were selected in the run up to the Friday show schedule, which will end with the Grand Champion drive, beginning at 6 PM on Thursday evening in the Jim Norrick Rodeo Arena at State Fair Park.



Here are the Breed Champions selected on Thursday- as well as the Hampshire Champion and Reserve Champion selected thus far on Thursday morning:


Hair

Champion Hair Sheep- Karissa Pfeiffer, Mulhall-Orlando FFA

Reserve Champion Hair Sheep-Pheobe Rogers, Am-Po 4-H



Dorset

Champion Dorset- Cerissa Venable, Alex FFA

Reserve Champion- Hilton Hurliman, Cordell FFA



Shropshire
