Freezing conditions one week ago has likely caused at least some damage to the 2013 hard red winter wheat crop in mostly southern Oklahoma and in north Texas. Over the weekend, Farm Director Ron Hays discussed that possible damage and the overall condition of the 2013 crop as March comes to an end with the Executive Director of Plains Grains, Incorporated, Mark Hodges
