Tonsor Convinced Beef Demand Getting Stronger
Mon, 08 Jul 2013 12:36:01 CDT
After a long stretch of rather sluggish domestic demand for beef, there are signs that demand is picking up. Consumers appear to have a little more money to put in their pocket- and that plus some other factors add up to improved consumer sentiment about the economy, which often translates into that optimism that Tonsor refers to.
Tonsor is our guest on today's Beef Buzz. Tonsor is one of the lead researchers that worked on the recentely completed Demand Drivers study- click here for the Beef Checkoff website where you will find more information on the Demand Drivers Study
