Receipts: 5000    Last Week:   5109    Year Ago: 5370

Compared to last week, steer calves opened steady, heifer calves weak to 2.00 lower. No early test on yearling. Demand and supply was moderate.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 500-600 lbs 158.00-173.00; 600-700 lbs calves 154.00-160.50; 700-800 lbs 148.00-148.50. Medium and Large 1-2 500-600 lbs 157.00-160.50; 600-700 lbs 147.00-147.50.

Holstein Steers: Large 3 pkg 430 lbs 115.00; 525-540 lbs 113.00; pkg 660 lbs 109.00.

Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 150.00-158.00; 500-600 lbs 146.00-158.00; lot 640 lbs 152.50. Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 147.00-151.00; 500-600 lbs 137.00-151.00; 600-700 lbs 136.00-144.00; lot 830 lbs 130.00.
