Hard Freeze Arrives- With Repeat Expected Wednesday MorningTue, 12 Nov 2013 05:34:43 CST
Temperatures have fallen harder and faster than first thought for Tuesday morning, with a second morning of hard freezing conditions expected- as projected by this weather map above that shows temps in just the Oklahoma City weather area.
Temperatures this morning range from 23 degrees in Beaver County to 53 degrees in McCurtain County- and this cold front has pushed temperatures down as much as thirty degrees as the artic air invaded the southern plains.
The three maps this morning we have here include the expected hard freeze coming on Wednesday morning- the temperature drop over the last 24 hours and then the current wind chill across Oklahoma as of 5:15 AM on Tuesday morning- north winds making it feel several degrees colder.
