Compared to the last test two weeks ago: Feeder cattle not well tested in early rounds. Steer and heifer calves opening steady in an early light test. Supply includes several more long weaned calves and these continue to sell to good demand. Quality so far mostly average.

Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1: Calves: 375-400 lbs 219.00-225.00; 400-450 lbs 216.00-229.00; few 450-500 lbs 210.00-213.00; 500-550 lbs 187.00-196.00; 550-600 lbs 176.50-187.00; 600-660 lbs 161.00-166.00; 800-830 lbs 149.50-151.75; Yearlings: 600-675 lbs 170.00-180.00; few 700-765 lbs 163.00-168.50; lot 790 lbs fleshy 157.50; lot 825 lbs 158.00.

Feeder Heifers Medium and Large 1: Calves: lot 400 lbs fleshy 186.00; lot 425 lbs 196.00; few 450-500 lbs 178.00-184.00; 500-550 lbs 167.00-180.00, pkg fleshy 163.00; 550-600 lbs 160.00-168.50, 585 lbs fleshy 159.00; 600-635 lbs 145.00-149.50; Yearlings: 600-635 lbs 155.00-158.50, lot 630 lbs fancy 166.00; few 700-735 lbs 150.00-151.00.
