No recent regular Monday feeder cattle sale for a price comparison. Last Monday's sale was canceled due to snow and sub-zero temperatures. Compared to last Thursdays Value Added Calf and Yearling sale, steers under 700 lbs steady, over 700 lbs steady to 2.00 lower, heifers under 550 lbs steady to 4.00 higher, over 550 lbs steady on comparable sales. Demand good, supply heavy. Buyers were aggressive to fill orders and the large offering was rapidly absorbed. Producers took advantage of the sunshine and mild weather to market their feeder cattle. The temperature is forty degree's warmer than last Monday. The feeder supply included 56 percent steers, 39 heifers, 05 percent bulls, with 54 percent over 600 lbs.
