Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to 1.00 higher, with most advances being seen on cattle over 800 lbs. Feeder heifers mostly steady. Steer and heifer calves 3.00 to 5.00 lower. Demand moderate to good for all classes. Quality average to attractive, with several nice drafts off wheat pasture. Recent sharp inclines on fed cattle prices sparked demand on heavier cattle. Receipts this week included 81 percent over 600 lbs and 35 percent heifers.

   
Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1: Calves: 330-350 lbs 235.00-267.00; 350-400 lbs 222.00-242.50; 400-450 lbs 215.00-241.00; 450-500 lbs 210.00-225.00; 500-550 lbs 195.00-210.00, value added 218.00; 550-600 lbs 185.00-201.00; 615-640 lbs 174.00-179.50; Yearlings: 600-700 lbs 173.00-190.00; 700-800 lbs 164.00-177.00, few value added 738 lbs 175.00; 800-900 lbs 158.40-167.40, load fleshy 895 lbs 154.85; 900-1000 lbs 153.50-158.00.
   
Medium and Large 1-2: Calves: few 390 lbs 222.00; 465-500 lbs 192.00-206.00; 515-575 lbs 181.00-194.00, few thin fleshed 207.00; load 658 lbs 164.50; Yearlings: 600-675 lbs 167.00-175.00; 740-800 lbs 161.50-167.50; 800-900 lbs 153.75-160.00.
