Kaden McCombs Joins Oklahoma Cattlemen Staff as Director of MembershipWed, 03 Jan 2018 20:20:59 CST
The Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association kicks off 2018 with a new Director of Membership, Kaden McCombs. McCombs isn’t completely new to the OCA, as he was the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation intern during the summer of 2016.
“I am humbled and excited to be a part of the staff at the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association. When offered this position, I reflected on my time this past summer and knew this was an opportunity I could not turn down. I am excited to join a group of people who know that to accomplish the goals of this organization, hard work and dedication are required. I also witnessed how much pride my new teammates have for where they work,” McCombs said.
McCombs grew up in southwest Oklahoma on a cow/calf operation. McCombs obtained his Associate’s degree from Western Oklahoma State, then transferred to Oklahoma State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, with a Farm and Ranch Management option. Most recently, McCombs completed his Master’s of Science in International Agriculture at OSU.
“I look forward to working closely with OCA members to further expand our membership. I believe that with the help of dedicated members, and the leadership we have in place around the state, we can make our goal of 5,000 members by the year 2020. I look forward to the challenge and I hope you will join me in the Stampede to 2020!” said McCombs.
