Steer and Heifer Calves Sell 1.00 to 3.00 Higher on Tuesday at OKC West Livestock Auction OKC West - El Reno, OK

Total Receipts:                  1,350




   Compared to last Tuesday: Steer and heifer calves sold 1.00-3.00 higher on
limited comparable sales, with exception of 550-600 lb heifer calves trading
sharply higher. Quality average to attractive, demand moderate to good
especially for thin fleshed long weaned calves. Feeder cattle supply included
51 percent Steers, 43 percent Heifers, and 7 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle
supply over 600 lbs was 19 percent.
