Compared to last Monday, steers under 800 lbs and heifers under 600 lbs 3.00 to 7.00 higher, steers over 800 lbs and heifers over 600 lbs 7.00 to 10.00 higher. Demand good to very good, supply heavy. The Live Cattle and Feeder Cattle futures showing positive gains giving confidence to Cattle Buyers. Recent rain showers have been beneficial for some producers, but others continue to experience very dry conditions.

***Note*** Joplin Regional Stockyards will have a Special Video Sale, Tuesday, July 3, 2018. The Big Bang Video will feature 30,000 plus head of cattle from Florida to the Flint Hills Feeder cattle supply included 43 percent Steers, 1 percent Dairy Steers, 48 percent Heifers, and 8 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 57 percent.
