Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers trading unevenly
steady so far.    Steer and heifer calves trading mostly 3.00-5.00 higher
on a limited test. Demand good. Quality mostly plain through average.
Much needed rain fell across the trade area over the weekend bringing
relief to pastures and stock ponds. Feeder cattle supply included 57
percent Steers, 1 percent Dairy Steers, 39 percent Heifers, and 3
percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 74 percent.
