Feeder Steers Trade 2.00 - 3.00 Higher, Heifers 1.00 - 2.00 Higher Wednesday at OKC West Auction OKC West - El Reno, OK
Livestock Weighted Average Report for 9/25/2018 - 9/26/2018



Total Receipts:       7,027



Compared to last week: Feeder steers traded 2.00-3.00 higher and heifers
sold 1.00-2.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves traded mostly steady on limited
comparable offerings. Demand remains good for all classes. Quality plain to
attractive. Fall like weather has sweep across the trade area and is expected
to remain for the rest of the week. Feeder cattle supply included 64 percent
Steers, 0 percent Dairy Steers, 35 percent Heifers, and 1 percent Bulls.
Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 72 percent.
