OKC West Sees Steady to Higher on Yearlings as Rain Keeps Numbers Down OKC West Livestock Market
El Reno, Oklahoma

Tuesday and Wednesday Trade- February 11 and 12, 2020

Receipts This Week- 4,514

Receipts Last Week- 3,634

Receipts Year Ago- 7,776


Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold steady to 2.00 higher, feeder heifers traded mostly steady. Demand good to very good as
winter weather including several days of rainfall hampered livestock movement. Steer and heifer calves sold 4.00-7.00 higher, cattle under
400 lbs sharply higher up to 12.00 higher. Demand very good. Quality attractive with good weigh-ups. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle
(52% Steers, 47% Heifers, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 61%.
