ARA Announces Promotion in Communications & Member Experience

ARA is proud to announce that Andrea Mowers is being promoted to the position of Director, Communications and Member Experience, effective August 1, 2022. In this role, Andrea will lead all digital and print communication efforts and ensure that all aspects of member interaction and engagement are the best that can be delivered.
Members interact with ARA through the website, various communications channels, committees, social media and event registration systems, among others. Underpinning all of these functions is the management of ARA’s association management system (AMS) database, and its insights and metrics used to continually improve ARA’s service to its members.
“Andrea continues to be a star performer for us, highly capable and productive in a number of areas,” commented ARA President & CEO Daren Coppock. “I’m very happy that we could provide this internal advancement opportunity for her as she continues to develop her career and experience.”
