The Thirteen Year Journey- Kent Bacus Talks About the Opening of the Chinese Market to US Beef

Radio Oklahoma Ag Network Farm Director Ron Hays talked with Trade Specialist Kent Bacus of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association out of their Washington, DC office about the process of convincing the Chinese that US Beef is safe enough to be sold in their country.
Bacus walks us through the thirteen year journey that started with the "Cow that stole Christmas" in December 2003 back to a point where US Cattlemen will be able to produce beef that will be allowed into China through the front door.
