Harrison first joined the old NCA back in 1986- worked for cattlemen thru the merger that resulted in the NCBA- and then worked for the second Bush Administration as a key staffer for Ag Secretary Ann Veneman. She has an integral part of the USDA response to the Cow that Stole Christmas on December 23, 2003- when BSE was discovered in Washington state.
