Valley View Agri-Systems (VVA) is pleased to announce that Mike Kraus has joined Team VVA as Landscape Equipment Mechanic & Parts Department Assistant.
“Mike’s technical skills set him apart from the rest—and our customers will see the difference in their service and parts experience,” says Hayden Cole, Midwest General Manager. “Beyond his superior raw technical skills, he has the drive and ability to diagnostically deep dive to solve any challenge in front of him.”
As Landscape Equipment Mechanic & Parts Department Assistant, Kraus will provide preventive maintenance and service for the Gravely and Ariens lawn equipment Valley View sells at its Divernon, Illinois, location. In addition, he will sell and service Kawasaki Engines and provide parts support for customers.
“Throughout my career, I have focused on quality and making sure the customer is satisfied,” says Kraus. “I am committed to ensuring every Valley View customer experience is the best.”
