The  Homemade Food Freedom Act allows a broad range of food products to be produced and sold out of the home within the state of Oklahoma without a health department licensing.  Specific training requirements, such as this workshop, are required before doing so. The training will focus on:

Explaining the new law, what foods are allowed and not allowed
Labeling
Allergens
Good Manufacturing Practices
Liabilities and Legalities 
Food Safety
pH and Water ActivityThis full-day training session will begin at 8:30 a.m.
