OCA’s Top Hand of the Year Handed out at 2024 Convention

The Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) has announced the 2024 Top Hand Club Award winners for the OCA membership year. The OCA Top Hand Club is a membership recruitment program, created to recognize members who are committed to building a stronger Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association. OCA members are in the Top Hand Club simply by recruiting three new OCA members. Top Hand Club winners are recognized for lifetime recruitment efforts and awarded in three levels.
