OCA Membership is Required to Attend. | Dues May be Paid at the Door.

$45 Early Registration Fee, Lunch Included

  • Early registrations must be postmarked by Jan. 11, 2024.
  • Extended discounted registration available online through Monday, Jan. 15.
  • Onsite registration is $60/person.

OCA members have the opportunity to propose policy ideas.
