2015 Tulsa State Fair Grand Champion Meat Goat Shown by Johnna Stottlemyre of Luther FFA


The Grand Champion Meat Goat at the 2015 Tulsa State Fair Junior Livestock Show was shown by Johnna Stottlemyre of the Luther FFA Chapter. Her Goat was the Champion in Division Three of the Meat Goat Show. The Reserve Grand Champion Meat Goat was shown by Dustin Tolson of the Alex FFA Chapter, the top goat in Divison Two.

Johnna Stottlemyre also exhibited the Grand Champion Meat Goat at Tulsa in 2014. Her goat was sold in the Premium Sale last October for $13,125.

Johnna's Grand Champion Meat Goat will be the fourth animal to sell in the Tulsa State Fair Junior Livestock Show Auction and Gala, to be held on Thursday afternoon at 5:00 PM. The Reserve Goat will be the ninth animal to sell on Thursday afternoon.


There were a total of six divisions of Meat Goats for the 2015 show- here are the Champions and Reserve Champions for the six divisions:


Division One:

Champion- Kylee Turner, El Reno FFA

Reserve- Maddee Barnes, Ottawa County 4-H



Division Two:

Champion- Dustin Tolson, Alex FFA

Reserve- Jacob Kennedy, Kingfisher 4-H



Division Three:

Champion- Johnna Stottlemyre, Luther FFA

Reserve- Kylie Scott, Lookeba-Sickles FFA



Division Four:

Champion- Bree Taylor, Shattuck FFA

Reserve- Johnna Stottlemyre, Luther FFA



Division Five:

Champion- Darbie Ross, Canadian County 4-H

Reserve- Lexi Janderwork, Woodward FFA



Division Six:

Champion- Darbie Ross, Canadian County 4-H

Reserve- Nicole Lee, Newcastle FFA
