Everyone is talking about the budget at the State Capitol- but Oklahoma Farm Bureau's John Collison says no one really knows what the final budget is going to look like. In this week's Lincoln to Local YouTube video, produced by Oklahoma Farm Bureau, Collison talks about the budget discussions, the Feral Swine Bill, now back on the desk of Governor Mary Fallin awaiting her signature and Farm Bureau's support of it- and he also offers Hannah Nemechek his latest thoughts on State Question 777, the Right to Farm State Constitutional Amendment proposal.
