MILO (CWT): .01 to .02 lower. 4.64-4.88. Keyes 4.64; Eldorado, Hobart 4.70; Weatherford 4.79; Manchester, Ponca City 4.84; Alva, Buffalo, Lawton 4.86; Hooker, Medford, Shattuck 4.88.
