MILO (CWT): .08 to .09 lower. 4.70-5.29. Keyes 4.70; Eldorado, Hobart 4.75; Weatherford 4.84; Manchester, Ponca City 4.89; Alva, Buffalo 4.91; Hooker, Medford, Shattuck 4.93; Lawton 5.29.
