MILO (CWT): Mostly .05 to .06 lower. 4.68-4.96. Eldorado 4.68; Hooker 4.80; Keyes, Weatherford 4.84; Lawton, Manchester 4.86; Ponca City 4.89; Alva, Buffalo 4.91; Medford 4.93; Shattuck 4.96.
