Compared to last week: Feeder steers trading steady to 5.00 lower. Feeder heifers 1.00-3.00 lower. Steer calves lightly tested with a lower undertone noted, heifer calves 2.00-3.00 lower on heavier weights. A large supply of offerings of cattle fresh off wheat pasture has added to the market decrease but demand still remains moderate to good. Quality plain to attractive. Seasonably warm weather has swept across the trading region with chances of rain expected later in the week. Feeder cattle supply included 61 percent Steers, 2 percent Dairy Steers, 36 percent Heifers, and 1 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 79 percent.
