No sale last Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday, compared to two weeks ago, steer and heifer calves 5.00 to 10.00 higher, except under 450 lbs 10.00 to 12.00 higher, yearlings 7.00 to 10.00 higher. Demand good, supply heavy. Higher slaughter cattle sales, higher feeder cattle futures contributing to the higher feeder cattle trade. Feeder cattle supply included 54 percent Steers, 0 percent Dairy Steers, 42 percent Heifers, and 4 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 47 percent.
