Calves Sold with Higher Undertones Noted Tuesday at OKC West Livestock Auction in El Reno, OK OKC West - El Reno, OK Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 7/18/2017

Compared to last Tuesday: Steer and heifer calves were to lightly tested for an accurate market trend, however a higher a higher undertone was noted. Demand remains good. Quality plain to attractive. Feeder cattle supply included 49 percent Steers, 45 percent Heifers, and 7 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 36 percent.


Feeder Steers(Per CWT): Medium/Large 1 400-500 lbs 177.50-187.50; 500 -600 lbs 166.00-173.00; 600-700 lbs 166.00-169.00, Calves 155.00-164.00; 700-800 lbs Calves 152.00-154.00. Medium/Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 175.00; 500 -600 lbs 160.00-172.00; 650 lbs 161.00, Calves 151.00-155.00; 760 lbs 146.00. Medium/Large 3 370 lbs 150.00.


Feeder Heifers(Per CWT): Medium/Large 1 400-500 lbs 155.00-163.00; 500-600 lbs 149.00-157.50, 581 lbs Fleshy 141.00; 600-700 lbs Calves 135.00-150.00; 717 lbs 145.00. Medium/Large 1-2 342 lbs 162.00, 379 lbs Thin Fleshed 171.00; 400-500 lbs 150.00-155.00; 500-600 lbs 140.00-155.00; 600-700 lbs 141.00-145.00, 649 lbs Calves 131.00. Medium/Large 2 540 lbs 138.00.


Feeder Bulls(Per CWT): Medium/Large 1 254 lbs 217.00; 378 lbs 190.00; 430 lbs 175.00; 500-600 lbs 164.00-180.00; 646 lbs Calves 136.00. Medium/Large 1-2 574 lbs 156.00.
