Steers and Heifers Sell 2.00 - 5.00 Higher on Wednesday at OKC West Livestock Auction in El Reno OKC West - El Reno, OK
Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 8/29-30/2017




Total Receipts:   5,180



    
Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 900 lbs sold 2.00-4.00
higher, over 900 lbs lightly tested last week however a weaker undertone
was noted on limited comparable sales. Feeder heifers traded mostly 3.00
-5.00 higher. Steer calves sold mostly 3.00-5.00 higher, heifer calves
were lightly tested but a much higher undertone was noted. Quality plain
to average. Demand Moderate to good.




    Feeder Steers(Per CWT): Medium and Large 1 366 lbs 192.50-193.00; 482
lbs 169.00-179.00; 500-600 lbs 161.00-172.00; 600-700 lbs 155.00-161.00,
625 lbs Calves 151.00; 700-800 lbs 145.40-155.00, 722 lbs Calves 137.00;
822 lbs 145.00-147.00, 869 lbs Fleshy 137.50; 905 lbs 136.50-137.50, 945
lbs Fleshy 127.00; 1000-1100 lbs 120.50-123.80; 1140 lbs 113.00.


    

    Feeder Heifers(Per CWT): Medium and Large 1 402 lbs 159.00, 499 lbs
Fleshy 135.00; 500-600 lbs 146.50-155.00, 551 lbs Spayed 155.00;
600-700 lbs 141.50-146.50, 615 lbs Calves 137.00, 639 lbs Spayed
152.75; 700-800 lbs 137.75-142.50; 827 lbs 128.50-131.25; 917 lbs 124.25.




    Feeder Bulls(Per CWT): Medium and Large 1 373 lbs 192.50. Medium and
Large 1-2 432 lbs 167.00.
