Feeder Steers Sell 5.00 to 7.00 Lower Wednesday at OKC West Livestock Auction in El Reno, Okla. OKC West - El Reno, OK
Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 10/17/2017



Total Receipts:       8,511



   Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 5.00-7.00 lower. Feeder
heifers 2.00 to mostly 3.00 lower. Steer calves traded 4.00-8.00 lower
and heifer calves sold 3.00-5.00 lower on limited comparable offerings.
Demand moderate to good for weaned calves, very light for unweaned fleshy
calves. Quality average to attractive with several strings of fleshier
type cattle on offer. Feeder cattle supply included 57 percent Steers, 0
percent Dairy Steers, 40 percent Heifers, and 3 percent Bulls. Feeder
cattle supply over 600 lbs was 67 percent.

329 lbs Fancy 217.00, 382 lbs Thin Fleshed 210.00; 400-500 lbs 163.00-
