   Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers traded steady to 3.00 lower. Steer calves over 500 lbs steady to 3.00 lower and heifer calves over 500 lbs unevenly steady on a lighter test . Lightweight steer calves steady to 1.00 lower with lightweight heifer calves mostly steady to 3.00 lower. Demand moderate, good for long weaned calves. Quality mostly plain to average with a few attractive. A cold front is expected for the remainder of the week. Placements on Friday's Cattle on Feed report were quite a bit higher than last year affecting buyer demand. Feeder cattle supply included 63 percent Steers, 0 percent Dairy Steers, 35 percent Heifers, and 2 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 49 percent.
