Tractor Supply Raises Nearly $45,000 for Oklahoma 4-H with Its In-Store Paper Clover Campaign

Tractor Supply Raises Nearly $45,000 for Oklahoma 4-H with Its In-Store Paper Clover Campaign Tractor Supply Company, the United States largest rural lifestyle retailer, and the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation recently ended their fall Paper Clover Campaign of 2017.

Tractor Supply Company customers can purchase a paper clover emblem when checking-out at their local store. Paper clovers start out at $1 and do not have a capped limit. This money is used to support Oklahoma 4-H member's participation in camps and leadership experiences.

The money raised in each store goes directly to the county and benefits those 4-H members within that county.

"This year, the Paper Clover Campaign raised a total of $44,670," said Blayne Arthur, the Executive Director of the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation. "$21,373 was raised from April 26 to May 7 in the spring campaign and $23,297 was raised from Oct. 4-15 this fall."

Individual 4-H county clubs are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities at the Tractor Supply locations during the Paper Clover Campaign. Oklahoma 4-H Members host educational demonstrations, provide snacks, help load feed and provide other assistance to Tractor Supply Co. shoppers.

"We are appreciative of this wonderful partnership with Tractor Supply Company," Arthur said. "Each paper clover donation directly benefits an Oklahoma 4-H member in a positive way."

Oklahoma 4-H Members look forward to the spring clover campaign which will run from April 11, 2018- April 22, 2018.
