Steer and Heifer Calf Trade Shows Higher Undertone Compared to Last Tuesday at OKC West Livestock Auction

Livestock Weighted Average Report for 4/16/2019 - Preliminary
Compared to last Tuesday: Steer and heifer calves to lightly tested for an accurate market trend, however a higher undertone is noted. Demand moderate to good. Quality mostly plain to average. Majority of the sale consisted of new crop calves. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (46% Steers, 47% Heifers, 7% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 16%.
