Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 2.00-5.00 higher. Feeder heifers 2.00-4.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves under 500 lbs not well tested. Steer calves over 500 lbs steady. Heifer calves over 500 lbs 2.00-6.00 lower. Demand moderate to good. Demand good for heifers over 600 lbs. Quality average and improved from last week. Early winter weather sent grass pastures to dormancy and this along with a weekend of nice weather increased supply for today. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (56% Steers, 41% Heifers, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 48%.
