Compared to last week: Feeder steers traded 2.00-6.00 higher with most advances being seen on heavier weight cattle. Feeder heifers sold 2.00-4.00 higher. Demand good to very good. Quality average to attractive. Live and Feeder Cattle contracts have posted positive gains all week sparking interest. Steer and heifer calves were to lightly tested for an accurate trend, however a higher undertone is noted. Demand good. Quality plain to average. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (62% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 36% Heifers, 0% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 84%.
