Feeder Steers and Heifers Higher, Steer Calves Unevenly Steady, Heifer Calves Steady at Woodward Livestock on Thursday

Last feeder sale at Woodward was 6/25/20. Compared to 2 weeks ago: Feeder steers 3.00 to 8.00 higher. Feeder heifers 3.00 to 6.00 higher.   Steer calves unevenly steady except 550 to 600 lbs steers up to 16.00 higher. Heifer calves steady on a light test. Demand moderate. Quality average to attractive. Several sets of unweaned calves today with talk of dry conditions. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (74% Steers, 24% Heifers, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 87%.
