Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold steady to 3.00 lower. Feeder heifers traded 2.00-4.00 lower. Demand moderate. Quality plain to average, few attractive. Steer and heifer calves not well tested but a lower undertone was noted. Demand moderate. Quality plain to average. Heavy rainfall and much cooler temperatures have swept across the trade area and are expected to remain for the remaindered of the week. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (58% Steers, 41% Heifers, 1% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 80%.
