Tickets on Sale now for the OCA Ranch Rodeo Coming up August 21 and 22 at Lazy E Arena

The Oklahoma Cattlemen's Associations Ranch rodeo is coming up on August 21 and 22 at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma. This event features 12 historic Oklahoma ranch teams in head to head competition for bruises and bragging rights.
The OCA event is comprised of six events depicting day-to-day ranching jobs. Associate Farm Director, KC Sheperd, caught up with Chairman of the Rodeo, Weston Givens at this years OCA Convention. Givens says this is cowboys helping kids. "Its a ranch rodeo with a cause. You can find ranch rodeos to go to around the state, but there's a lot of things special about this ranch rodeo, What we do with the money from this rodeo, we give it to the children's miracle network. They take that money and add it to other funds, and they can do more research to help kids with all kinds of health issues, and we feel like its a great cause."
12 Oklahoma ranch teams with one goal: Supporting the Children's Hospital Foundation. The 2020 participating teams are:

Stuart Ranch, Waurika, OK
Drummond Land & Cattle Co., Pawhuska, OK
Hall Ranch, Comanche, OK & Daube Cattle Co., Ardmore, OK
Treadwell Land & Cattle, Frederick, OK
Chain Ranch, Canton, OK
Lazy Rafter Slash Ranch, Lenapah, OK
Trentman Ranch, Pashuska, OK
Stierwalt Ranch & Cattle Co., Shidler, OK
Whitmire Ranch, Delaware, OK
McPhail Land & Cattle, Mountain Park, OK
The event also features a trade show and kids dummy roping. The OCA Ranch Rodeo is sanctioned by the Working Ranch Cowboys Association, and the Champion team at our event represents Oklahoma at the world competition each year. To get your tickets go to oklahomacattlemen.org.
