This Weeks Ag in the Classroom, A Day without Agriculture

Whether your kids are doing blended learning, on-line learning, or back in school, its always nice to have a few extra resources and fun things to do as a family! Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom has come up with some excellent daily activities you can do with your kids and family.
For this week's Ag in the Classroom we are talking about a Day with out Agriculture...There's no Such thing! Each Day farmers and ranchers wake up early (ice-storm or not) and go out to take care of all the animals and crops that help feed and clothe the world. In Today's lesson students will spell the word "agriculture," discuss its meaning and read about the impact of agriculture to them. Students will identify everyday things made from agriculture. Students will sort items made from agriculture. Students will count how many people in their class have used different agriculture products.
