The role of food in our lives is evolving. More than ever before, people are deeply considering the impact of the food they consume on their personal health and the environment COVID-19 placed an exclamation mark on this awareness. Through this panel we will explore emerging trends in the evolution of the consumer relationship to food, including: personal "food footprints", "food as medicine" and "food justice."
