PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND CALL YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND ASK THEM TO COAUTHOR AND VOTE YES ON SB 422.
• Please call your State Representative and respectfully request they co-author SB 422 and vote yes on Monday.

o SB 422 provides for a consistent process in all 77 counties and thereby removes confusion and duplication in the qualifying process.
o By providing clear guidelines, SB 422 also helps assure that only those individuals engaged in agriculture farming and ranching may qualify.
