Kiezer Selected for 2021 Noble Research "40 Under 40" List

Noble Research Institute event coordinator Javanni Kiezer was recently named to the 2021 Connect Corporate 40 Under 40 list.
Connect Corporate's annual 40 Under 40 list celebrates 40 of the best corporate meeting and event professionals under the age of 40, featuring leading industry professionals from around the globe.
"Javanni is committed and hard-working," Adam Calaway, Noble's Director of Communications and Public Relations, said. "She's an invaluable member of our events and hospitality team and integral to what we do in sharing the message of regenerative ranching to the nation's farmers and ranchers."
Having joined Noble in November 2019, Kiezer has over a decade of experience in event coordinating and management. As an event coordinator, she is responsible with planning and managing strategic business and educational events that support ranchers and promote regenerative agriculture.
Before joining Noble, Kiezer served as an event coordinator for several companies, including The American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Ability Connection Texas.
"It's such an honor to be one of this year's Connect Corporate 40 Under 40. Being recognized for my contributions in the industry is the most humbling and exciting experience of my career," Kiezer said. "I'm grateful to my work colleagues, industry colleagues and mentors who supported me along the way."
Kiezer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida and received her Master of Science in Meeting and Event Management from San Diego State University in 2020.
