In this episode of Southern Plains Podcast, Clay Pope visits with Dr. Frank Mitloehner, air quality extension specialist at the University of California, Davis, about his presentation Rethinking Methane: Animal Agriculture's Path to Climate Neutrality, which was presented Oct. 11 at Kansas State University as part of their Henry C. Gardiner Global Food Systems Lecture series.
He shared with us some of his thoughts on livestock production, sustainability and climate change.
